Great Bag!

Very happy with this bag. Price is excellent and quality is excellent. Was just what I was looking for. Light weight. Big enough to hold a lot of stuff but not too heavy. Fashionable and goes with everything. This is my fall/winter bag for this year.

I bought this purse I had been looking at for a good while finally ordered online long story short the texture is stiff anyhow I put my personal belongings in to try it out and as soon as I picked up pretty gold chain came loose all my belongings were everywhere on the floor. I personally do not like it so I will return. I’m really disappointed with my purchase.

Beautiful purse damaged by Macy's packaging choice

This bag would have been beautiful, but when it arrived in a box four times its size without any paper wrapping, bubble wrap, or anything to protect it from damage, it looked like it had been thrown against a wall for days because there was no effort taken in protecting it from being bounced around inside the box. The label is scratched and the seams on the opening ripped as a result of the poor packaging. Now I have to drive more than an hour each way to return it in person before my 30 days are up. Won't be ordering online at Macy's again because I can't be certain it will be packaged in a way that won't damage my order.
